Telecommunication Management

VoicePro's roles in the management of your system includes:

  • Local Trunking and Facilities Management - As an authorized agent for SBC Communications, VoicePro will engineer proper trunking facilities & coordinate installation of your system.
  • Long Distance Recommendations & Implementation - VoicePro will negotiate with long distance carriers on the customer's behalf, providing increased savings, efficient, and pro-active service.
  • VoicePro will serve as central coordinator for all billing and service implementation issues, ensuring that all vendors perform to contractual specifications.
  • VoicePro offers structured cabling for clients moving into new facilities.
  • Customer Service Contact - VoicePro will serve as the primary point for contact for customer service needs.
On-Site Training

Prior to installation, a VoicePro representative will meet with you to discuss training services and:

  • Create a customized learning experience for your staff
  • Training consists of classes at your facility of approximately 10 employees sharing similar job duties using the new equipment
  • System functions will be thoroughly discussed and activation of various features will be demonstrated
  • Time permitting, each employee will have a "hands on" experience
  • Special attention provided for main operators and back-ups
  • Your VoicePro CSR will be available for further assistance
  • There is no additional cost, as long as you are covered by VoicePro's Support Agreement
